Our Business teams span customer-facing and professional functions including sales, marketing, finance, people and culture, administration and technology. Working across sites, teams and regions, they bring different areas of expertise together and help connect the commercial and operational sides of the business.
You’ll work alongside people across a diverse construction materials network, gaining exposure to different functions, challenges and parts of the organisation. Whether you’re building specialist expertise or developing a broader understanding of the business, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, take ownership and see the impact of what you do.
