Laying the
Foundations
for Tomorrow’s
Australia

We take ownership at every stage of the supply process
We’re Regional Group Australia, an integrated construction materials business with proven performance and deep local know-how. We keep infrastructure and development moving with quarry products, concrete, mobile solutions and transport services.
Our people are operators, technical specialists and industry professionals who understand the demands of complex projects and the conditions they operate in. We plan, produce and coordinate construction materials supply from raw resource management through to finished product and delivery. With expertise across production, logistics and operational planning, we take ownership throughout the supply process.

Building Smarter
Our end-to-end model means our customers can rely on us for efficiency, quality control, and value across the entire supply chain. By combining materials, services, and logistics under one roof, we remove complexity and keep your projects on track. Governments, councils, contractors, and private developers choose us because we deliver exactly what we promise.

We take our responsibility to the environment seriously
Our Environmental Management Framework sets clear processes to ensure compliance, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement. In practice, this means monitoring environmental impacts at site level, improving water efficiency, and developing lower-carbon product lines. Through our expanding recycling capability, we process concrete, asphalt, ballast, and other materials into new construction products, preserving natural resources and cutting waste.
At every level, we act with integrity to deliver a stronger, more sustainable future. We rehabilitate exhausted areas for productive use and use Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) to guide responsible decisions on new and developing sites.

Building
Strong Culture
Our shared values shape how we work, solve problems and build relationships. We speak directly and honestly, take ownership and follow through on what we promise. That practical, collaborative culture carries through to how we work together as a team, with our clients and within the communities we’re part of.

Protecting Our People is at the Heart of How We Work
At Regional Group Australia, protecting our people is at the heart of how we work, because everyone deserves to go home safely at the end of the day.
Our safety culture puts people first. We empower our teams to take ownership and focus on safe behaviours. This shows up in the small decisions we make, the conversations we have and the way we look out for the people around us.
We manage risk through clear standards, regular training, and a proactive approach to identifying and controlling hazards, including those affecting psychological wellbeing. Our WHS systems back this up, providing the structure for compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across every site.

Building Together
The communities where we live and work matter to us, and we're committed to investing in their future. We back local organisations and initiatives through sponsorships, donations, and in-kind support.
